I DEFY - blurb
I believe physics can put a real damper on life, especially gravity weighing us down. Ever since I was a young girl I dreamed of defying gravity to fly around the house or neighbourhood. Finally I can bring these childhood dreams to reality through my photographs so when I look at them I believe for a moment, and feel liberated that, I DEFY the ever-present weight of gravity. It is also a pleasure to see others observe these photographs and marvel at the idea of making the impossible possible.

I have chosen to focus purely on the limits of levitation photographs which I am now discovering is proving harding to continue with that first anticipated. I have grown a fancy to levitation photographs since observing one of Lucia Holm's self portraits of her floating above a gorgeous wooden table.
